..and the importance of improving

Goal: discuss how success is a multi-step process

What do these three phrases mean?

Two cents

Seven cents

Nineteen cents

To me that is improvement. You might think it not worth mentioning BUT to me it is.

Imagine if you could triple your performance in anything from month one to month 2. Almost triple your performance from month 2 to month 3.

Where do you think you should be at end of month 4?

3*19=57 cents

It is not the money BUT the ability to improve that is the point of this article. If I can become a better writer and engage more people based on my content and not silly stuff then that is success.

I see each month as a result. I am trying to nudge the result towards more cents. The only way is through engaging articles that teach something worthwhile.

Each month I have to look at what worked and what did not. Each month I have to be critical and ask for critical feedback from others in order to get ideas for improvement. Ideas on how to get a better result next month.

I welcome your feedback and please be critical. Tell me when you like an article. Tell me why. Tell me when it sucks. Tell me why.

By the way, I am not trying to change the world. Heck, it is hard enough to change myself. What I am trying to do is plant seeds. If one person per article learns something worthwhile and applies it then I am successful in my mission.

My nineteen cents….(this is what I earned from Medium.com for Dec. 2020)

I got to go…my future self alarm went off
